Wings....

Há duas razões pelas quais adoro xailes, para além de serem bonitos e de terem um cheiro a tradição e "womanhood", uma é que parecem asas....

There are two reasons i love shawls, besides being beautiful, having a certain smell of tradition and "womanhood", one is that they look like wings...

e o outra é que parecem um "abraço" especialmente quando os oferecemos a alguém!

Este no entanto é para mim, feito com uma lã oferecida e da qual gosto especialmente da cor!

and the other is that they are a kinf of hug... specially when you give them away...
but this one i made for myself... from a yarn given to me. I am loving this color too!

Outside knitting....

Este sábado fui à praia.... e estava tão mau, que tive de ir embora.... tricotei uma fila do meu xaile Annis.... que já está ali terminado em cima da tábua de passar a ferro... e voltei para casa...

This Saturday i went to the beach... but the weather was so bad, i had to leave... i knitted one row of my new shawl "annis"... which i have finished, buy the way... and came back home....
